In accordance with Article 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), we inform you that:

• Direct marketing – legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the Administrator)

• Entities providing services to the Administrator (including IT system suppliers, accounting, legal service providers)
• Authorities authorized under law

5. Data Retention Period

Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes specified above, and after that time for the period and to the extent required by law.

• Withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

8. Information about the Requirement to Provide Data

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the execution of the contract or quotation request. Failure to provide data will result in the inability to perform the service.

9. Automated Decision-Making

Your data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling.
