1. General provisions
These Regulations define the rules for using the grove-prism.com website and the rules for providing services electronically by grove-prism.
2. Definitions
Terms used in the Regulations mean:
- Service Provider – grove-prism with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Nowy Świat 42, 00-363 Warsaw, Poland
- Service – the website available at grove-prism.com
- User – any natural person, legal person or organizational unit without legal personality, using the Service
- Service – real estate advisory services offered by the Service Provider
3. Type and scope of services
The Service Provider provides the following services:
- Premium residence consulting
- Access to off-market offers
- Curatorial residence visit
- Residence investment strategy
4. Conditions for providing services
The condition for using the services is:
- Filling out the contact form
- Acceptance of these Regulations
- Acceptance of the Privacy Policy
- Consent to the processing of personal data
5. Technical requirements
Using the Service requires:
- A device with Internet access
- A web browser supporting JavaScript
- Enabled cookie support
- An active email account
6. Rules for using the Service
The User undertakes to:
- Use the Service in accordance with applicable law and good practices
- Not take actions disrupting the functioning of the Service
- Provide true and current data
- Not share content of an unlawful nature
7. Prices and payments
Service prices are given in Polish zlotys (PLN) and include VAT. Detailed payment terms are agreed individually with each Client.
8. Withdrawal from the contract
A User who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving any reason.
9. Complaints
Complaints regarding services provided by the Service Provider can be submitted:

Complaints are considered within 14 days from the date of their receipt.
10. Liability
The Service Provider is not responsible for:
- Investment decisions made by Users based on information obtained within the services
- Interruptions in access to the Service caused by technical reasons or force majeure
- Unavailability of specific properties listed in the information materials
11. Intellectual property
All content published on the Service, including texts, graphics, logos, are protected by copyright and are the property of the Service Provider.
12. Final provisions
In matters not regulated by these Regulations, Polish law provisions shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on the provision of electronic services.
The Service Provider reserves the right to introduce changes to the Regulations. Changes come into force on the date indicated by the Service Provider, not shorter than 7 days from the date of publication.
